Recently, a friend of mine sent me a picture of the two of us from back in the day.
(I cropped her out) She complimented me on my makeup & asked me what I used.
If memory serves me correctly, I was 19. I treated myself to a trip to the Fashion Fair counter when I turned 18. Disastrous! I ended up with the wrong foundation. It was too dark. It is so sad when we "entrust" ourselves to professionals & it ends up going south. As a result, I did not have any foundation on in the photo. I only had on lipstick. Ah youth. I still feel comfortable going outside without foundation today. I am thankful for my parent's good skin genes.
