The products include overstock, discontinued colors, and limited-edition products that have been taken off department-store shelves. The prices are generally 20–30% below retail.
A visit to my local CCO a few weeks back proved fruitful. I saw in the MAC section they had items from LE collections Fafi, Heatherette, as well as some MAC brushes.

I picked up
MAC Colorforms Special Edition brush set,
MAC Sculpt & Shape in WARM LIGHT,
MAC Mineralized Skin Finish in SO CEYLON,
MAC Reflects Blackened Red Glitters(pigment),
MAC Paintpots in MOSSCAPE & ROLLICKIN,
as well as a Clinique 3 step kit. I was very pleased with my products.
I can't wait to go back. As cheap as I am, this is probably the only way I'll buy most of my high end makeup/accessories. Have you ever visited a CCO?

ReplyDeleteThe good thing is, when u travel, u can always pull over & stop @ a cco if there isn't one near ur home. LOL i've seen a couple of vids on the tube where people have incorporated such stops in their travel itenerary. LOL
ReplyDeleteI don't have a car so that's not the best when it comes to traveling and shopping for me.I seen that in you tube videos too.I wouldn't mind owning a retail store like this either.
ReplyDeletei don't drive either, but there is a cco that is about an hour & 15 mins from me on public transportation. it was so worth it to me. although, i will say it isn't a trip i'll make often. LOL gotta save my pennies for a trip like that anyway!
