Nails Of The Day (NOTD) - Cool Car Colors! - NK Royal Blue Frost and Sinful Colors HOTTIE

It's overcast today, so I have been struggling to find the best light.

I feel like some type of biker-chick or rockstar wearing this blue.
It's to die for! So hot!

    rmcandlelight...I LOVE this color. It's beauty isn't truly captured by the photos. It has blue micro shimmer! Also, can't beat it for $1.
