Drugstore BOGO Deals & Sales for 10/18 to 10/24

Generally I don't include buy1 get 1 50% off deals in my bogo alert posts.
However, there are some exceptions to this rule.

There are products which RARELY go on sale & or NEVER have a buy 1 get 1 FREE, so the only way to get it at reduced cost is to take advantage of Buy 1 get 1 half off special.

CVS is having a CRAZY sale this week.
You need to use your Extra Care Card to take advantage of the deals.
Generally they impose a limit of 6 to their BOGO specials.
