Starry Boutique Cosmetics

This is an inexpensive line of cosmetics with good color pay off. They are great if you are just starting out. They are also compact for travel.

I was introduced to this product line by Kerisha25 of YouTube. She used this palette on her wedding day & it shattered. She was crestfallen. After I bought one, I could see why she was so upset!
